there is a program called first robotics it was started in the 90's by two engineers

it is a program that allows students and mentors 6 weeks to build a robot each game is different every year

they take the robots to competitions and compete and if you win you get to go to atlanta regional championship 

first is built around Gracious Professionalism which is based on respect morales character pride and dignity
